With the new office building at the 25er Turm—which the technology group Dynatrace occupies as the sole tenant—the company’s engineering headquarters at its founding location in Linz has been expanded to include a seven-story building complex. The new building offers space for approximately 1,500 workstations, a modern dining and socializing concept, and an on-site daycare center.

Building on the successful collaboration on previous construction projects and at the existing Dynatrace campus, Neunteufel GmbH once again relied on the expertise of HAINZL Gebäudetechnik for this project. The scope of work included the entire electrical infrastructure of the new building, including high-quality lighting systems, modern security and communications technology, and innovative solutions for building automation.

With its comprehensive expertise in the field of electrical building systems, HAINZL Gebäudetechnik was able to contribute to the realization of one of Upper Austria’s most significant office and technology projects.
