With the comprehensive modernization of the Kleider Bauer store on Linzer Landstraße, the company’s first branch outside Vienna—which opened in the early 1980s—was transformed into a flagship store within its Austria-wide chain.

In the family-owned company’s 75th anniversary year, a modern shopping environment was created across four levels and more than 3,000 m² of retail space, combining the location’s tradition with contemporary requirements for functionality, customer comfort, and product presentation.

HAINZL Gebäudetechnik handled the technical implementation of the redesign with well-thought-out lighting and electrical engineering solutions. These solutions combine functionality and ambiance and make an important contribution to a high-quality shopping experience.
